Negative Certificate

Land registry certificate for an undescribed building, i.e. when a property is not registered in the land registry, this certificate proves that the property in question is missing.

This certificate proves that the building (land with or without construction) with the characteristics indicated in the request is not registered. If a similar building is registered, the certificate also states this.

The certificate is valid for 3 months.
