The IMT and Stamp Duty forms are issued by the Tax Office so that they can be presented and paid at the time of the deed. They can be requested by the purchasers or whoever represents them, and if they are covered by the exemption, they will be issued with a value of €0.

No declaration or document proving the necessary requirements is required.
